The Adopted By You 5K & Fun Run team was able to raise over $26K from the 2017 inaugural race with the help of approximately 300 race participants and volunteers. Corporate and private sponsorships represented about $10K of the total funds raised. Funds from last year’s event helped 8 children join their families in Georgia (Bethlehem, Canton, Kennesaw, Leesburg, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Warner Robins, and Woodbine). Of these, six were domestic adoptions and two were from China.

I am excited to announce that Brent and I are officially in the second adoption process to grow our family. We love sharing our life with all of you. We can’t wait to show you more about our growing family! Sawyer is going to be an amazing big brother and we can’t wait for him to meet our new addition. Three years ago today this little man came into our lives. Its been an amazing adventure becoming Dads. Daddy and Papa love you so much! We are honored every day to call Sawyer our son. Happy happy third birthday Sawyer!
